1. Raw Material Pretreatment: Accurately weigh raw materials like SEBS/SBS elastomer and stir at 100ºC~120ºC.
2. Melt Extrusion Granulation: Melt at high temperatures of 160ºC~190ºC and cut into uniform TPE pellets.
3. Blister Molding: Soften TPE sheets at 120ºC~150ºC and use vacuum pressure to fit the custom car model molds.
4. Precision Trimming: Automatic or manual trimming to ensure errors are controlled within ±0.5mm.
5. Surface Treatment: Anti-slip pattern pressing or wear-resistant coating application.
6. Quality Inspection: Dimensional accuracy and mechanical property tests before packaging.
